Reading your Ignite Wines Packing Slip
We have carefully constructed our packing slips to include a number of useful features and key information about your wine selection, making it a complete and handy reference for your wine-enjoyment experience.
Use this visual reference as a guide, but please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions!
Section One: Order Information
- The Order Details section includes your order number, services (Cellar Stock and/or Club Expeditions), order dates, and payment information
- The Fullfillment section shows the member information that we have on file for you, including your Ignite Wines customer number
Note: If your billing and delivery addresses are different, the packing slip displays only the delivery address - The Customer Service section provides easy reference contact information to get in touch with us
Section Two: Order Details
- An Ignited Offering™ icon next to one of your wines indicates that this wine was upgraded - either via a Tier upgrade within your Club Expedition, or as an earned referral reward
- The Ignite Wines Stock Number can be handy when contacting us for additional inventory inquiries, future or repeat orders, etc.
- The Description (name) of your wines, which will include the vintage year (as applicable), and often the winery/brand
- Quantity of each bottle included in your order
- The Tier Level of each wine
Note: Tiers with a +/- indicate wines at the high or low ends of the indicated Tier - Our Recommended column provides a quick reference for our pairing recommendations for each wine (see icon definitions, below)

Section Three: Additional Notes and Information
- Additional Notes, Promotions, or Announcements will be provided in this area
- Your Feedback Reminder to provide your wine concierge with likes, dislikes, notes, repeat of particular wine(s), etc. so that your wine profile and selections may be continually refined and updated
- Ignite Wines believes in recycling of boxes and may reuse a variety of wine boxes for your delivery, as well as encouraging you to recycle your wine boxes
Section Four: Tasting Notes
- Name of the wine
- Professional Ratings for that wine and vintage (when applicable)
- Tasting notes, description, characteristics, and/or information on the wine
- Pairing suggestions or recommendations (typically provided at the end of the tasting notes and description)
- Blend information (when applicable and available) - will always try and list this at the bottom of each tasting notes description
